The project includes commercial space, transportation, streetscape, parking and community park improvements for the betterment of the neighborhood.  The commercial space will be occupied by a 1,000 square foot grocery store specializing in locally-sourced and fresh foods, a 10,000 square foot co-working facility to cultivate an entrepreneurial culture in the neighborhood by providing low-cost access to office facilities and business resources, and a complement of neighborhood restaurants and retailers for the approximately 20,000 square foot balance of the commercial space that will offer additional goods and services to the neighborhood.  In addition, The Music Settlement will operate high-quality programs providing early childhood education, music education and music therapy services to residents of the neighborhood and surrounding communities.Project Partners:  Ohio Finance Fund, Capital One, Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Village Capital Corporation, City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, First National Bank
