Impact:

CDA investments have helped to fuel Cleveland’s revitalization by focusing upon Cleveland’s waterfront, central business district, University Circle, the Health Tech Corridor and more.  CDA collaborates with its strong network of public and private partners to structure the financing for these catalytic projects.

While CDA has had crucial involvement in the renaissance of Downtown Cleveland, it has also played a major role in neighborhood revitalization throughout the city.  The completion of a single, significant neighborhood project can yield exponential dividends that help spur the revival of entire sections of the city.

For each $1 of CDA investment, an additional $10 of investment has been generated from other civic and private sources.
