Ohio City Galley

The Ohio City Galley will open as part of The Quarter project in the Ohio City neighborhood.  This food hall restaurant accelerator provides a launch pad for food service entrepreneurs.  Chef owners apply for one of four kitchen spaces within the Ohio City Galley where they will operate at low-cost and low-risk for one year.  The Galley Group provides a 12-month curriculum to all operators covering marketing, operations, accounting, and business development.
