The historic Ameritrust Tower Complex, including the 1010 Euclid Building, Cleveland Trust Company Rotunda, and Breuer Tower, has been rehabilitated as a mixed-use development called The 9. The development was financed as two separate projects. The long vacant 1010 Euclid and Rotunda buildings have been repurposed for residential, office, and commercial use including the first full service grocery store to serve the growing downtown population.
