The Cleveland Development Model was developed by Greater Cleveland Partnership in collaboration with the City of Cleveland, Downtown Cleveland Alliance, Ohio City Incorporated, Campus District, Flats Forward, Midtown Cleveland, University Circle Inc., Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation, and Famicos Foundation. The model was created by Cleveland-based City Architecture.
