Ninety-Four Ten Hough

Ninety-Four Ten Hough is the redevelopment of a long-vacant, 10‑story tower at the corner of Hough and Ansel Avenues into 116 units of affordable housing in Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood. Led by Northern Real Estate Urban Ventures, in partnership with SLS Construction, the project will rehabilitate a once-prominent but underutilized building into 56 one‑bedroom and 60 two‑bedroom apartments, all affordable to households earning up to 60% of Area Median Income.

The project also includes a 3,519-square-foot community amenity building designed to support residents and the surrounding neighborhood. Cleveland Development Advisors, through its Community Reinvestment Fund, provided $250,000 in project support funded by the CDFI Equitable Recovery Program, advancing reinvestment along the Hough Avenue corridor as part of a $45.4 million total development.
