The Edison at Gordon Square

The NRP Group has acquired 10 acres of industrial property on Breakwater Avenue for a residential project, the Detroit Shoreway neighborhood’s largest since Battery Park.  The project will consist of upscale garden/ flat units in 2-3 story buildings, walk-up garden–design units above attached garage space, and three-story townhouse units.
