Standard Building

The Standard Building was the second tallest in Cleveland when it opened in 1925.  The historic office building will be repurposed to accommodate luxury apartment units and first floor retail.  The finished product will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 690 to 2,130 square feet.
