Shoreway Commerce Park

The Shoreway Industrial Park is a nearly 30-acre parcel that was once home to the truck manufacturer White Motors before its bankruptcy more than thirty years ago.  Since the company’s closure, the condition of the surrounding neighborhoods has eroded, having one of the highest unemployment rates and lowest per capita incomes in the state. This project rehabilitated 450,000 SF of existing buildings and remediated 17 acres of land to create the optimal venue for a world class distribution, warehouse and logistics industrial park.
