    The project will utilize energy efficient systems such as energy efficient HVAC and lighting.

  • Job Creation

    The project is anticipated to create at least 200 construction jobs and 10 permanent jobs that will be targeted to low income individuals and residents of low income communities.

    Advances a community initiative by reducing the high office vacancy plaguing the Nine Twelve District.
