Lakefront

Cumberland TCC, LLC, a partnership between Trammell Crow and Cumberland Development, was selected by the City of Cleveland (City) to develop approximately 21 acres of City-owned lakefront property.  The project envisions 1,000 residential apartments, 80,000 SF of commercial office space, a hotel and 40,000 SF of retail and restaurant space.  This project is part of the first phase.  The commercial space will be operated by Nuevo, a modern Mexican restaurant and tequila bar.
