September 29, 2017 It’s a little after 3 p.m. on a recent sunny day in East Cleveland, and about a dozen youngsters are eagerly spilling out of a van and heading into the new Salvation Army building on Doan Avenue, one young man graciously holding the door open until his van mates are all inside.
