June 28, 2021 Cleveland Development Advisors, an affiliate of Greater Cleveland Partnership, closed on a $500,000 loan to support the CHN Housing Partners-run Lead Safe Homes loan program.
The money is part of the next round of loans from community partners to support the $19.2 million CHN administered loan program that enables borrowers to make lead control improvements to support landlords seeking to comply with the City of Cleveland’s Lead Safe Ordinance.
