Quarter Phase III
The Snavely Group’s Quarter Phase project created a vibrant residential and commercial space connection between Ohio City, HingeTown and the Gordon Square Arts District.
The first phase — with CDA help of a $2.5 million ACDF loan and $10 million in New Markets Tax Credits — included construction of 194 market rate apartments and renovation and new construction of commercial space occupied by The Music Settlement, The Grocery, The Beauty Shoppe and Ohio City Gallery. The second phase was the renovation to the upper floors of the Seymour Building to create 38 low-income apartments.
The third phase, which included a $3.5 million CDA loan, added 87 apartments and 7,000 SF of commercial space.
