Tudor Arms Doubletree Hotel

The project is the historic revitalization and adaptive reuse of the 240,000 SF Tudor Arms as a Hilton Doubletree hotel.  Due to its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic, Case-Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, Cleveland Museum of Art, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and Severance Music Hall, this hotel fills a niche demand for accommodations while providing employment opportunities to community residents.
