Studio West 117

Studio West 117 is a multi-phase project to acquire, redevelop and operate nearly 100,000 sf of space dedicated to LGBT youth, adults and allies.  The project will serve as an innovative and comprehensive approach to community development for a minority population in great need of an economic center. The concept includes the creation of an LGBT Hub with community services, economic opportunities, and entertainment destinations.
