The historic renovation and adaptive reuse of this 120,000 SF nearly-vacant office building will serve as a catalyst to create a 24/7 vibrancy in the Playhouse Square neighborhood, a regional destination for theatre.  The addition of this retail and housing provides needed amenities creating a vibrant neighborhood.
