The Pivot Center for Art, Dance and Expression provides a historic renovation of the Astrup Awning Building, a former manufacturing facility located in the Clark- Fulton neighborhood, into a neighborhood arts and community space. The project will be anchored by the Cleveland Museum of Art and will be filled with multiple established non-profit organizations and office tenants. The property consists of four interconnected building totaling 80,000 SF over 3 floors. Other tenants of note include the Intermuseum Conservation Association, Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, Cleveland Missing, Inlet Dance Theatre and LatinUS.
