Midtown Collaboration Center

The Midtown Collaboration Center (MCC), led by the Cleveland Foundation, links downtown Cleveland with University Circle. Recently awarded a $10 million New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), MCC will drive economic development with services in financing, business growth, community programs, and workforce training. Tenants include Case Western’s Population Health Research Center, University Hospital’s Diabetes Research Center, the Cleveland Institute of Art’s Media Lab, Hyland Software Training Center, JumpStart offices, ECDI-SBA Lending Center, Black Frog Brewery, Pearl’s Kitchen, and a music venue. The 95,000-square-foot center will create 150 jobs and 49-63 additional positions, and will be completed in 2024.
