The Euclid Grand

The Euclid Grand, a transformative endeavor by Alto Partners, is breathing new life into the once-dilapidated John Hartness Brown complex. Spanning three addresses and boasting five facades along Euclid Avenue, these buildings had sadly earned a reputation as downtown’s most unsightly structures. They were marked by flapping plastic sheeting on windows and birds finding refuge within.

The revitalized Euclid Grand is an innovative mixed-use project that seamlessly connects the Euclid Corridor between Public Square and Playhouse Square. Nestled in the heart of the Gateway District, this sophisticated community embodies sophistication and convenience. Its focal point? Offering breathtaking downtown vistas, rooftop entertainment, opulent amenities, and easy access to esteemed local restaurants and picturesque parks.

First-floor retail at The Grand includes Five Iron Golf, with 15 simulators that allow golfers of all skill levels to play courses around the world as well as putt-pull in a sports bar setting.
