The vacant land, formerly owned by CSX, is located on an elevated overlook and features stunning views of the Cleveland skyline and direct access points to the adjacent Towpath Trail. The project will feature 132 apartment units and 8,100 SF oc fommercial space which will accommodate the second location of the Limelight coworking space currently in Ohio City.
