The Cleveland Bagel Company will open a new location at 7501 Carnegie Avenue.  The new location will give Cleveland Bagel access to a larger food production facility allowing the company to greatly expand its wholesale market.  In addition, the retail operation will add a much-needed amenity to the Midtown neighborhood.

  • Executed Community Benefits Agreement

    The project sponsor has committed to quantifiable community impacts by executing a Community Benefits Agreement.
