Alexandra assists with portfolio compliance and finance at CDA. In her role, she helps to ensure projects are moving forward in alignment with reporting terms and impacts determined.
Prior to joining CDA, Alexandra graduated with her master’s in Urban Planning & Development and a certificate in Real Estate Development and Finance from Cleveland State University in May of 2019. During her tenure as a graduate student, Alexandra wore many hats and had the privilege of interning for the City of Beachwood in their Economic Development department, working for Gaslamp Capital – a boutique historic tax credit investment fund, and doing research and writing for Dr. Robert Simons on the future of real estate and autonomous vehicle technologies.
Alexandra holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Environmental Studies focused on sustainable development and policy.
