Revitalizing Neighborhoods

Cleveland's distinctive neighborhoods give the city its historic spirit. With redevelopment, they are now cornerstones for the city's future. Cleveland Development Advisors is helping to restore some of the architectural treasures found in these neighborhoods. Not just for their aesthetic impact, but to serve as catalysts for economic growth and revitalization.

Cleveland Development Advisors makes investments in many neighborhood developments, including most recently The Gateway and Warehouse Districts, University Circle and Ohio City. CDA also invests in the creation of neighborhoods, such as the Avenue District, East 4th Street, and the Flats East Bank. Investing in community partners such as Neighborhood Progress Inc. and ShoreBank broadens our impact in the neighborhoods.
