Building a Destination

Cleveland's existing institutions and destinations for culture and entertainment rival those in many larger cities: Playhouse Square, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Gateway Sports Complex, and Cleveland Browns Stadium. Looking to the road ahead, Cleveland also recognizes the need to respond to an ever-evolving marketplace and consumer demand.

Cleveland Development Advisors is helping to create new venues such as the House of Blues and Corner Alley that will attract both residents and visitors. These arts and entertainment attractions create an environment that supports adjacent restaurants and retail and spurs demand for nearby residential housing.
