In 2009 MRN, Ltd. began the historic revitalization and adaptive reuse of the 11-story Tudor Arms building, transforming it into a 157-room Hilton Doubletree hotel, which boasts elegant banquet space, fully-equipped food service and complementary retail space. Located in the Fairfax neighborhood adjacent to University Circle, the hotel is in close proximity to the Cleveland Clinic, Case-Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, Cleveland Museum of Art, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and Severance Music Hall, filling a niche demand for accommodations while providing over 75 full-time employment opportunities to the citizens of Cleveland.
