The availability of market-rate housing is a vital catalyst for an urban center experiencing revitalization. The number of downtown housing units has doubled in the last five years, with nearly 5,000 market-rate housing units either existing or under construction today.

The fund has invested nearly $12.5 million in the following housing projects totaling $255 million - financing the creation of 1,000 new housing units in downtown and adjacent neighborhoods.
